Christmas Tree

This was the first year that the kids actually enjoyed putting Christmas decorations up. It was so much fun. It was hard for Jordyn to put a few of the ornaments on the tree because she just wanted to play with them.

One of Jordyn's favorite things to do lately is play dress up and of course she always starts with mom's shoes.

Jayce

Jayce gave us quite the scare at the beginning of the month, with two grand mal seizures. All of his testing came back normal and he is home and finally back to acting like himself. Here are some pics of the night we brought him home, as you can see his big sister was pretty happy to have him back.

Pumpkin Carving and Trick or Treating

This year we had some special visitors for Halloween. Nana and Papa Abbott flew out to celebrate Halloween with the kids. We even got to carve pumpkins! Nana actually made both of the kids' costumes. Jordyn was a cute pink princess and Jayce a giant baseball! He was definitely the highlight of the neighborhood!

Outside Fun

The kids love to get out as much as possible during this time of year when it's actually not raining! Jayce is all boy and loves to play anything dealing with sports and Jordyn is my little girly girl. :)

Pumpkin Patch and Harvest Festival 2008

We took the kids to the Pumpkin Patch and Harvest Festival with the Pereas. The kids loved picking out their own pumpkins. Of course Jordyn loved spending time with her best friend/neighbor Emmie. I would say the highlight of this trip was the pony ride for Jordyn.
